WiVent-B

  • Simple and effective: ventilating, cooling and heating with a single unit
  • Best air quality
  • Cosy indoor climate
  • CO2 sensor control

Product Info

The WiVent-B decentralised facade ventilation unit can be integrated horizontally underneath the glazed facade in a space saving manner, replacing the radiators in the process. Given that the supply and exhaust air openings are positioned at the front of the unit, the top can be fitted with a window sill. More than one of the compact and robust units can be combined to form a ventilation belt, thus saving space. Alongside mechanical ventilation, they also facilitate hybrid ventilation mode.

For everything and everyone: the WiVent-B ventilation unit is available with fronts in various colours, meaning they can easily be adapted to every room concept. The system provides architects, for example, with a great deal of freedom for integrating the WiVent-B inconspicuously into their ideas and drafts in the best possible way. Outside and in.

  • The low-turbulence displacement air flow guarantees ventilation with increased effectiveness whilst adhering to all comfort parameters.
  • The ventilation of separate rooms prevents exhaust air from being transferred from one room to the supply air of another room - no circulation air.
  • The highly efficient heat reclamation transfers the heat from the exhaust air to the supply air. The warmth thus stays in the room.
  • The windows of the room can still be used. Window contacts switch off the ventilation units when the window is open. Window ventilation remains possible.

A look behind the facade

Ventilation. Heating. Cooling.

Requirement-based ventilation.

Thanks to the reversing flap [1], ventilation can be provided either over the entire width of the unit or through a reduced outlet cross section. This means that the air is either distributed with a low flow velocity or with a strong impulse and far into the room.

Heating in winter.

In addition to the heat reclamation there is also a water-activated heater battery [2] which also heats on cold winter days – and even replaces the radiator.

Cooling in summer.

Optional: a water-activated cooling battery [3] makes for a pleasant indoor climate on hot summer days.

Just integrate and operate.

Optimisation of the room climate.

For a feeling of maximum well-being, the air flows from the entire width of the unit  [4] and slows down after exiting the unit as the air spreads.

User-friendly control.

The WiVent-B is very user-friendly to configure, parametrise, operate and monitor. Time schedules in the form of typical daily and weekly routines can be created flexibly.

Simply save energy and costs

Redution of operating costs.

For a large part of the year the heat reclamation is completely sufficient in order to regulate the temperature of the outdoor air ideally without the need for additional heating energy. To do so, the bypass [5] regulates the supply air temperature to the optimum level.

Servicing without tools.

The modular construction allows straightforward access to all components once the unit has been opened. That way, all surfaces and airways can be inspected visually. If necessary, the hygienic design throughout allows quick and straightforward cleaning.

Energy-efficient operation.

The WiVent-B features state-of-the-art fan technology [6] which is characterised by continuously variable regulation and EC motor technology [6] with backward-curved blades for the highest efficiency.
