The first stage of the Ossiloop was held in 1982. At that time, 28 runners started the first stage of the fun run in Leer. Since then, the event has achieved cult status in the region with over 3,000 participants. This year the organisers had to come up with a very special solution.
Wildeboer has set itself the goal of supporting several sporting events in the region in 2020. This includes the Ossiloop. Due to the current situation, this cannot take place in the usual way. We are therefore all the more pleased that the organisers have come up with a great alternative in the form of "Ossiloop anners" (Ossiloop - in a different way). Within a very short space of time, an app was developed that still gives you that fun run feeling. Naturally, Wildeboer will be among the runners.
