Wildeboer Bauteile GmbH is delighted that both the editors of Focus Business and the rating portal Kununu have recognised the company as a top employer.
Wildeboer has once again been awarded the kununu Top Company seal 2026. Having already been ranked among the Top Companies from 2022 to 2025, Wildeboer has once again received the coveted kununu Award for its particularly strong corporate culture. The employer seal recognises companies that achieve a high level of employee satisfaction and is based exclusively on independent reviews on kununu. Only around five per cent of all companies represented on the platform receive this award each year. Kununu CEO Nina Zimmermann describes the award as ‘a strong signal to talented individuals who are looking for their ideal workplace.’ With the Top Company seal 2026, Wildeboer is once again one of the employers with the most convincing working environments in the whole of Germany, thanks to the positive feedback from its own employees.
