Our Turkish partner Venco paid a visit. In addition to extensive training at the factory, a tour of the production and R&D facilities attracted particular attention. The high level of vertical integration and the resulting quality of the products were impressive. The high level of development effort was also impressive. A fire test gave the visitors an impression of our fire test furnace.
The presentations explained the details of the maintenance-free FK90K fire damper. The Turkish specifiers and contractors were also able to gain valuable insights into the associated installation frames. The clean solution speeds up the installation of the fire dampers and supports smooth acceptance.
The real visualisation of the products was complemented by virtual planning. Using the Wildeboer BIM converter, a digital twin of the FK90K fire damper was transferred to the ventilation design. Other products, such as various swirl diffusers, were already available. The intelligence of our products should be highlighted here. This allows performance data such as pressure drop and sound power level to dynamically adapt to changes in the ventilation system.
