New interface between WiDim and the CAD software Trimble Nova

With the new version 17.1. of Trimble Nova, there is now a direct connection between our Wildeboer dimensioning software WiDim and the CAD software.

From this release, you can access WiDim directly from within Trimble Nova (provided you have previously installed WiDim free of charge) and effortlessly find and dimension the right product variants with just a few keystrokes.

You can then integrate the geometries and technical data into your drawings with just one click. Thanks to the optimised geometric representation of Wildeboer building elements, smooth drawing performance is maintained.

The integration of the variant keys into the drawings enables the clear assignment of the installation locations of the product variants.

There is also no need to estimate calculation data by determining the exact operating points and transferring them directly to the duct network calculation.

This not only makes CAD planning more convenient and faster, but also avoids transfer errors and collisions directly during construction planning. This saves you time-consuming and costly adjustments on the construction site later on.
