Soft bulkhead installation: New manufacturers & larger installation openings successfully tested

Easier installation & more flexible manufacturer selection

The installation situations of the FR90 fire damper have now been significantly revised by Wildeboer. The simplification particularly affects installation situations for soft penetration seals and solid wood constructions.

In addition to the soft penetration seal from the manufacturer Hilti, soft penetration seal systems from Promat, Hensel, SVT, Flamro, OBO Bettermann and Würth have now been successfully tested.

In principle, all Weichschott soft solutions can now be used with the proven Wildeboer FR90 fire damper, which has an insulating material ≥ 140 kg/m3 and an ablative coating.

Thanks to larger wall distances of up to 600 mm, even larger installation openings are now possible, making installation with soft bulkheads appreciable easier.

This not only simplifies the installation process, but also makes it easier for you to mount the products more quickly and more easily on the construction site. And all this without compromising on safety.
