Optimised soft bulkhead installation: FK90 fire damper now with more options

Extended tests for even more flexible installation

The FK90 fire damper has been thoroughly tested for installation with Weichschot and further optimised through extended testing. In addition to the Weichschot system from Hilti, systems from Promat, Hensel, SVT, Flamro, OBO Bettermann and Würth have now also been successfully tested and approved.

New advantages for soft ground installation:

  • Wider choice of manufacturers: Now compatible with even more soft-wall systems.
  • Larger installation openings: Gap widths of up to 600 mm enable simplified installation.
  • Faster installation without compromising on safety.

These optimisations offer an even more versatile solution for modern construction projects that combine maximum efficiency with fire protection.

The FR90 fire damper has also been tested for installation in soft seal systems from various manufacturers. Further information can be found here.
