Beta phase of the project module in Wildeboer Connect successfully completed

Centralised management. Optimised processes. Smart product organisation.

The beta phase of the ‘Projects’ module in Wildeboer Connect has been successfully completed. The tried-and-tested range of functions remains in place and has been further enhanced through targeted optimisations.

Project management now available as standard following a successful beta phase

During the beta phase, numerous users extensively tested the “Projects” module and provided valuable feedback. This feedback has been directly incorporated into the further development.

Rather than expanding the scope of functionality, the focus was on improving the existing module: workflows were simplified, the user interface was revised in many areas, and numerous minor quality-of-life improvements were implemented.

The result is a significantly more mature and more stable project module, which is now moving out of beta and is available as standard in Wildeboer Connect.

Existing functions have been specifically optimised

The optimisations carried out do not involve any new functions, but rather improve the interaction and the use of existing features.

These continue to include:

the centralised creation and management of projects,
the structured organisation of products and items,
flexibly definable project structures,
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,
the import of existing WiDim projects, and
the export of project-related documents.

Manage projects entirely digitally

The “Projects” module supports structured workflows, from planning through to tendering, procurement and installation. Products and associated information are grouped within a shared project structure and remain centrally accessible to all those involved.

Wildeboer Connect links project management with the integrated product configurator and other digital tools. This allows configured products to be transferred directly into projects and further processed there.
