DKpro pressure controller

DKpro electronic pressure controllers regulate static pressures in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The specified pressures are kept constant against a reference pressure or variable pressures are regulated. The differential pressure controllers are maintenance-free, can be installed in any position and feature a flow-optimized housing geometry for minimal pressure losses. They regulate with maximum accuracy and low flow noise.

Product details

The DKpro electronic pressure controller was developed for use in HVAC systems. It regulates the static pressure in ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems or in the associated rooms in both supply air and exhaust air applications.

It keeps the specified pressures constant against a reference pressure or regulates variable pressures. DKpro pressure controllers are maintenance-free, position-independent and have a particularly flow-optimized housing geometry for lowest pressure losses.

The casing is made of galvanized sheet steel. The blades for volume flow control are centrically mounted and equipped with a seal. The bearing shafts are made of stainless steel and are guided in special plastic bearing bushes. The aluminum measuring cross allows the connection of a volume flow measuring device.

Leak tightness classes DKpro

The housing offers leak tightness class C in accordance with DIN EN 1751, and class 4 is achieved via the damper blade.

Control accuracy

The extensive size range and the elliptical blades offer optimum adaptation to the ventilation ducts, coupled with the best control results and minimal flow noise.

DKpro pressure controllers impress with their high accuracy with only approx. ± 5 % to ± 10 % deviation from the actual pressure.

Bus-compatible control components and actuators

Bus-compatible control components enable simple planning. The controller with integrated sensor is mounted on a mounting bracket that can be manually tilted or offset in confined spaces.

The control and electrical connection of the DKpro pressure controller are analog, via MP-Bus®, BACnet or Modbus.

The control components consist of a controller with integrated static or dynamic sensor and an actuator with standard, fast or spring return.

DKpro operation modes

  • Constant
  • Variable 0 – 10 V / Variable 2 – 10 V
  • Variable adjustable between 0 V and 10 V
  • Overrides, parallel operation and sequential circuits

Product markings

DKpro volume flow controllers have a hygiene certificate from an independent testing institute and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
