DF swirl Diffuser
The DF swirl diffuser is characterized by its flexible application options. The DF swirl diffusers are suitable for constant and variable supply and exhaust air volume flows in ventilation systems. The radial air distribution of this ceiling air diffuser is achieved by conical diffusers on square and round front plates with large radial guide vanes as air deflection elements.
Function
The DF swirl diffusers create a high induction with the room air directly at the diffuser. This reduces both the velocity of the outgoing supply air and the temperature differences very quickly.
The low-turbulence connection elements of the DF swirl diffusers ensure optimal air distribution with minimal flow noise. Specially designed perforated plates ensure uniform air flow.
Whether with a square front plate in a suspended bottom corner or mounted directly as the end of the ventilation duct, it provides reliable, very good room air flow with high cooling reliability in every situation. Its versatile and low-turbulence connection elements are the basis for minimal flow noise and thus low sound power levels.
The volume flow can be adjusted without dismantling the swirl diffuser.
Design of swirl diffusers DF
The swirl diffusers are made of galvanized sheet steel and supplied with a powder coating in RAL 9010 pure white.
With a reduction made of galvanized sheet steel, DF swirl diffusers are also suitable for ceiling clamp mounting. They are available in nominal sizes from DN100 mm to DN355 mm.
The K4 plenum box made of galvanized sheet steel is available to match the DF swirl diffuser. This plenum box is square with side connection pieces.
