JL multileaf damper
The JL multileaf dampers are used as airtight throttle and shut-off dampers in ventilation and air conditioning systems with minimal leakage. Their hollow body blades are coupled in opposite directions via an external linkage. The JL multileaf damper can also be supplied in very large sizes for your ventilation system. They are operated by a control lever or by adjusting an electric drive.

Leak tightness classes JL multileaf damper
The multileaf damper has a leakage class 4 for the damper blade in accordance with DIN EN 1751 at 100 [Pa] static pressure difference. Its casing has leakage class C in accordance with this standard.
Hollow body blades, coupling linkage
The hollow body blades of the JL multileaf damper are sealed and coupled in opposite directions by an external linkage. The blades are mounted in special brass bushings.
Actuating lever, actuators
Actuation is possible with an actuating lever or, alternatively, by means of an electric actuator, either reversible or spring-return.

The product is characterized by the fact that it can be adapted to the requirements of your ventilation system and also supplied in very large sizes. JL multileaf dampers are available in sizes (W x H) from 200 mm x 180 mm to 2,000 mm x 1,995 mm.

The JL multileaf damper is marked with a hygiene certificate from an independent external testing institute.
