JLS multileaf damper
JLS multileaf dampers are suitable for use as airtight throttle and shut-off dampers. They are maintenance-free and have a flow-optimized housing geometry for minimal pressure losses. Especially when counter-rotating, JLS multileaf dampers have minimal air leakage through the blades. The external linkage is completely enclosed. Their flexible size range and blade shape guarantee optimal adaptation to ventilation ducts with minimal flow noise.

JLS multileaf dampers are used as throttle and shut-off dampers for regulating air volume flows in supply air and exhaust air ducts with minimal leakage. They can be installed very flexibly with horizontal and vertical blade alignment. Multiple installations above or next to each other are also easy to implement. They are maintenance-free and have a particularly flow-optimized housing geometry for lowest pressure losses.
Leak tightness classes Multileaf damper JLS
The casing with class C and the blades as shut-off dampers with class 2 in parallel and class 4 in counterflow according to DIN EN 1751 enable the air duct to be shut off with maximum reliability and minimum leakage.
Hollow body blades, coupling linkage
The external linkage is completely enclosed. Their highly flexible size range and elliptical blades offer optimum adaptation to the ventilation ducts with particularly low flow noise. The contour of the streamlined hollow body blades flows smoothly into the elastic seals attached to the front.
Design of JLS multileaf damper
The multileaf damper is available in widths from 200 mm to 1,200 mm with 1 mm pitch and in heights from 100 mm to 1,500 mm with 5 mm pitch. The housing frames are 120 mm long and have chamfered connection flanges. The very robust drive and bearing shafts of the multileaf damper are made of stainless steel and are mounted in plastic bearing bushes.
Position indicator
