The VKpro electronic volume flow controllers regulate variable and constant supply air and exhaust air volume flows. Your choice of drive allows analog or bus protocol (MP-Bus, Modbus, BACnet) control. Drives are available with standard speed, fast speed, or spring return. Static or dynamic sensors ensure high control accuracy and enable lowest pressure losses.

Product details
The electronic volume flow controllers VKpro are suitable for regulating variable and constant volume flows. They are maintenance-free, can be used in any position and have a particularly flow-optimized housing geometry for lowest pressure losses.
The casing of the VKpro electronic volume flow controller is made of galvanized sheet steel. The blades for volume flow control are centrally mounted and equipped with a seal. The bearing axes are made of stainless steel and are guided in special plastic bearing bushes.
The measuring cross is made of aluminum. Its extensive size range and elliptically shaped blades offer optimum adaptation to the ventilation ducts, coupled with accurate control results and minimal flow noise.
Leak tightness classes for VKpro volume flow controllers
The leak tightness classes according to DIN EN 1751 are Class C for the casing and Class for the blades, which act as shut-off dampers to reliably shut off the air flow in leak tightness class 4 when required.
Control components and control accuracy
The control components consist of a controller with an integrated static or dynamic sensor and an actuator or motor with standard, fast or spring return, as well as a controller with integrated static or dynamic sensor.
The controller with integrated sensor is mounted on a mounting bracket that can be manually tilted or offset in confined spaces. The electrical connection and control of the VKpro volume flow controller are analog or via MP-Bus®, BACnet or Modbus.
The control accuracy is ± 5 % to ± 20 % deviation from the actual volume flow; the volume flows are controlled accordingly across the entire pressure range from 5 Pa to 1000 Pa.
Operation modes of the VKpro volume flow controller
All control components of the electronic volume flow controller enable the operating modes “Constant” and “Variable 0–10 V, 2–10 V, adjustable.” Overrides, parallel operation, and sequential circuits are possible. The volume flow controller can be ordered with factory settings.
On-site modifications can be made using an adjustment device, in combination with an adjustment device and a PC, or via the integrated NFC interface with a smartphone.
Product markings
VKpro electronic volume flow controllers have a hygiene certificate from an independent testing institute and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
