
VR1 volume flow controller
Mechanical volume flow controllers VR1 control supply air and exhaust air in round air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. They can be adjusted manually, operate without external energy and automatically maintain the set volume flow at a constant level with maximum control accuracy. VR1 volume flow controllers are maintenance-free and can be installed in any position. The optionally available acoustic insulation reduces sound emission.

Product details
The mechanical volume flow controller VR1 is suitable for controlling supply air and exhaust air in air ducts of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The round casing, with nominal sizes from DN 80 to DN 315, and the control mechanism are made of galvanized sheet steel.
Setting the VR1 volume flow controller
The volume flow setpoint is specified via a setting device with a rotary pointer and scale. The volume flow can be adjusted manually with one hand using a locking device or, optionally, motor-driven.
You can order the volume flow setpoint preset at the factory, but you can also manually change it at any time on the basic version of the VR1.
Control accuracy and volume flow range
The volume flow range is between Vmin= 50 m³/h and Vmax= 3,100 m³/h, and the pressure range is between 50 Pa and 1,000 Pa. The VR1 mechanical volume flow controller operates without auxiliary energy and automatically maintains the set volume flow at variable pressures within the specified pressure range. The high control accuracy allows deviations of only approx. ±5 % to ±10 %.
